안녕! Hey again

I work at Business Canvas. Currently I design digital experiences to help businesses use software to work more easily, effectively and efficiently.
As a product designer, automation connected to the database reduces the amount of work I have to do twice, making it a pleasant experience for workers.

A little bit about me
I'm Jeon Jeongmin, a product designer based in Seoul.
I've always put curiosity into action, which is why I think UX design is such a good fit. When I was curious about the reaction outside of school, I jumped into business and received investment, and when I was curious about the user, I studied cognitive and psychology. When I was hungry for data, I learned GA4 and now I can design and analyze data to gain insights.
When I'm not designing, I love to create Notion templates. Recording, collecting and organising is my favourite thing to do. (Seriously) I'm always looking for new challenges and experiences, both in my personal life and in my design work.

Product Designer • 2023 - 2024
I've solved the problem for users who don't trust the new alternative investment market due to information asymmetry. By defining a user cohort, appropriate information is provided to the customer. This increased trust and the funnel conversion rate.
I also improved my team culture by introducing a hypothesis & verification based growth culture to enable performance measurement.
Product Designer/Speaker • 2023
Presented as a speaker at 'Meet Up #04 Side Project' on 'inflearn'. The topic is Tip from PO of Side Project, how to run side projects with their own goals.
Product Designer/Speaker • 2023
Presented as a lecturer at the 'August Monthly Data Analysis Seminar' in 'Datarian'. Topic is the process of using data to narrow the scope of a problem and derive action items.
Product Designer/Product Owner • 2022 - 2023
I designed 'thismeme', a meme service that solves the problem of finding memes you've already seen.
I improved search satisfaction by 250% by redefining the critical path 'category' and making users happy. As a result, we gained 6.5k MAUs.
